Real Beauty Fitness

June 28, 2019

Fitness and beauty can be one and the same. Being fit and healthy will automatically make you look better. A healthy inside creates a healthy outside. Fitness through exercise can help you to maintain a healthy body weight and improve muscle tone.

Our looks reflect the sum total of who we are and how we live, and the best we can do in life is to make the best of what nature has given is, without excuse, apology, or pretense.

If we try to live otherwise, we find ourselves acting on a stage with other actors and actresses--great pretenders without real friends, without real lovers, without real relationships. While we realize that there is such a thing as "natural beauty," which  is beyond all standards of culture and history in some sense, there are also "relative" standards of beauty.

We all know about fads, styles, and adornments that are "in" one season and "out" the next. This includes cosmetics, hair styles, clothing, and even body weight and size.

These standards may vary from country to country, year to year, or even
among different age groups in the same country and year. For example,
full figures are considered the ideal in some historical periods, but slender figures are valued now--at least in Western countries.

The point is that cultural standards change--and we may choose to follow or ignore them--because the cultivation of natural beauty is not dependent upon fads.

In order to get along harmoniously, whether at the level of dating,
courtship, or marriage, men and women have to get past physical looks
and into the more important qualities that make up human relationships,
such as kindness, friendship, and areas of mutual interest.

There is such a thing as a beautiful personality. There can be beauty
in the way a person thinks. An attitude or smile can be beautiful. Love is certainly beautiful, and all of life is beautiful when we are in love.

A person is truly beautiful when he or she is healthy. Any disease or illness affects all parts of the body, sometimes for many years before the symptoms are manifested. If the body and mind are not healthy, then a person cannot feel or be truly attractive.

Good health brings a glow to the skin, a ring to the voice, a twinkle
to the eye, and a spring to the step that no beauty school can teach.

Preventing Age Spots

May 09, 2019

Getting older doesn't necessarily cause age spots.  Too much exposure to the ultraviolet rays of the sun is more likely to cause these unattractive blotches, than maturity.  This is why age spots are also called sun spots. Other factors that make you more susceptible to age spots (no matter what your age is) are smoking, a diet high in refined sugars and fats, a lack of vitamins, and over consumption of poor quality saturated oils. Age spots occur when our skin produces too much lipofuscin. Lipofuscinis is a dark substance that colors our skin pigment. Unsightly age spots can begin appearing as early as the late twenties but are most common after the age 55 (thus the name.)

Age spots are also known as liver spots. Other nicknames for age spots are brown spots, lentigo and sun spots. The name sun spot nickname of course comes from the fact that the skin darkens as the result of too much frolicking outside in the summer.

As is the case with most skin conditions age spots are much simpler to prevent than to cure. Your diet has a lot to do with reducing your chances of developing this unsightly condition. Eating a diet rich in orange vegetables (carrot and yams) and green leafy vegetables (collard greens and watercress) may help reduce your chances of developing these spots as you age.  These foods are rich in antioxidants that help fight off damaging free radicals that are created as the result of too much exposure to the sun. They are also foods that are rich in Vitamin A and carotene, which also helps keep your skin in tiptop condition and more resistant to ultraviolet rays.

If you already have already developed age spots the good news is that there are some ways to diminish the way they look. There are several products on the market today that can fade them so they are less noticeable.  The active ingredient in these over the counter products that is a chemical called hydroquinone. Hydroquinone is a mild bleaching agent that helps lighten the appearance of all kinds of dark skin discolorations including age spots, scars and freckles.  Some prescription versions of this scream also contain topical vitamin A, which can also help fade the look of obnoxious age spots.

If your age spots are particularly unattractive or forming in an undesirable place where they are too obvious (such as on the face) there are some slightly more invasive ways to cosmetically treat the problem. One of the most popular cosmetic treatments for age spots is a chemical peel. These peels contain anywhere from 70% to 80 % glycolic acid and remove layers of skin to reduce the appearance of the spots.

Yet another option is laser resurfacing. In this procedure the age spots are literally burned away using a sophisticated, targeted laser. However this treatment only works well on very white skin with very dark age spots. This is because laser treatments need a contrast of colors (black on white) to do their job well. Darker age spots on dark skin do not respond well at all to these treatments. If the age spot is lighter, purple or an odd color laser resurfacing may also not succeed in removing it. Black or dark brown age spots on fair skin respond the best to this treatment.

Although most age spots are harmless blotches, the early stages of skin cancer can masquerade as innocent looking dark spots. Your physician or a dermatologist should check any spot that enlarges, thickens, changes color, itches or bleeds. Irregularly shaped dark spots that change in color or increase in size could be the early warning sign of serious skin cancers.

One cost effective and natural way to reduce age spots is to simply keep out of the sun and wear long sleeved shirts. You should always take precautions to protect all of your exposed skin if you know you are going to be in a place where there is likely to be a lot of ultraviolet light.  Make sure that you always wear sunscreen when you are out during a sunny day.  Limiting your intake of alcohol can also discourage a propensity towards developing the unattractive skin discolorations.

Simple Methods of Creating Perfect Sedu Hairstyle

May 08, 2019

Hair is one of the most important things about you. It is the first thing other people pay attention to. Even your image depends on your hairstyle and healthy look of your hair. Your hair is also the first to response to any health problems. That’s why you should reply to the hair problems at hand as quickly as possible. When you lack time for yourself, it is clearly obvious. However, if you treat your hair with care, it pays you back constantly by attracting attention.

So, if you want to impress, attract, or sedu someone, first thing you should do is to ensure that your hair is in the best condition possible. Sedu hairstyle depends on such things as clean and healthy hair, proper hair color, neat and suitable hairstyle.

Some of us usually miss one or even two of these stages; hence the result leaves much to be desired. But the good news is that you can fix any mistake and solve any problem as long as you have decided to do it.

Here are some smart tips that you can easily apply to make your hair seductive. I personally selected them among the top pieces of advice as the best suitable for self application.

Tip #1  Keep you hair clean

Cleanness of hair is vital for the sedu image because wearing neat and accurate hair you show your style and chic. Have you ever seen a stylish person with filthy hair? Of course, no. Since chic is a sign of personal care and a symbol of self-respect. So, to achieve a stylish and smart image, stick to the following points.

First thing is to decide on the type of your hair. It means to get to know whether you have dry, normal, greasy, or mixed, namely dry tips and greasy roots, type of hair.

Next thing is to choose the most suitable shampoo for your hair, and to wash it with frequency, which suits you the best. I advice to wash dry hair once a week, to look after normal hair twice a week, and to pay a very close attention to the greasy hair, which needs cleaning every day.

Don’t forget about the conditioner. It is vital to keep your hair smooth. Try to have conditioner and shampoo of the same brand. The point is that the products of the same brand are made of the similar ingredients; hence in combination they will suit your type of hair perfectly, as they won’t contradict one another, or play funny experiments on your hair.

Now, that we have clean hair, we may think about the hair health.

Tip #2  Remember that the health is the key to success

If your hair is damaged by some misfortune or is simply in a poor condition of health, you need to pay more attention to its care. Remember that healthy hair can be very easily styled, and it never fails to be arranged in the way you want.

So, we proceed to the stage of health.

First, you should remember to trim the hair tips every six weeks. There is no sedu image with the split ends. Moreover, split ends can’t be cured or revived. The only way to help your hair to be split-free is to cut those ends.

Also if your hair is heavily damaged by coloring, blow-drying, or styling products, try to cut it short and regrow. New hair will grow healthy and smooth without any signs of previous damage.

You can, of course, grow your hair artificially if you like, but mind that it is the same as styling products. Don’t overuse it. Moreover, artificial is always different from the natural, and the difference is not for good normally.

Tip #3 Reveal your secret passion and ability to seduce with new hair color

Coloring is vitally important, when your sedu image lacks brightness. The result of the properly selected color is remarkable. You enlighten your face, show your inner flame and passion.

Surely coloring with the chemical dyes may be harmful, but as long as you use special shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, and serums for the dyed hair the harm is minimal.

There are masks and serums that create a film over every hair, thus protecting your fragile dyed hair from the outside damage, shampoos, and conditioners that revitalize the color and moisturize the roots and ends. Try to mix them, so that you have overall protection.

Only remember that producer should be one and the same for all the hair care products. If you choose to change your hair care products, you will need to change the whole set of products so that you do not harm your hair. So, choose carefully from the first time, because greedy men pay twice.

Tip #4  Correct drying and brushing lead to perfect styling

Drying and brushing are the preparatory steps to styling. After you wash and nourish your hair, you are ready to style it. So, be careful with drying and brushing in order not to spoil the general effect of your new Sedu hairstyle.

First, don’t overuse blow dryer, it usually overdries your scalp and overheat your hair. When blowdrying use the coolest set possible, and try to air dry your hair at least once or twice a week.

Don’t brush your hair, when it’s wet, because it causes serious damage. Use soft brushes made of natural materials for styling, and massage brushes to comb your hair before going to bed.

I know some people believe that the less you brush your hair the better it is, but this approach is wrong. When you comb your hair, you straighten it, move natural grease from the roots to the ends, leaving your hair naturally moisturized. You also make sure that it is freeze free before applying styling products.

Tip #5  Finishing touch-ups for you Sedu hairstyle

Now that you have your hair clean, nourished, and dry, we can move on to the last stage in the process of creating Sedu hairstyle. It includes such points as straight hair and new haircut.

Overall, blow or air drying and brushing are the finishing steps of styling hair image for most people. But if you want to have Sedu hairstyle you need to do several touch-ups.

First, Sedu hairstyle is straight hair style. So, you can have straight hair harnessing such methods: natural straightness, chemical straightness, and heat straightness.

The best option apart from natural straightness, of course, is the heat straightening. Today there are new technologies that will eliminate heat damage and improve the general condition of your hair leaving it straight, smooth, and healthy. Among these technologies is ceramic tourmaline technology, which moisturizes and ionizes your hair. For people who struggle with curls and waves, it is just the best option possible.

Chemical straightening can be applied, but it is highly dangerous, not to mention the poor results when the hairdresser is unskilled, or the product is chosen badly.

At the end, I would like to stress the importance of the suitable hairstyle. Sedu image doesn’t couple with mundane and casual hairstyle. Sedu hairstyle is tempting, ardent, and always seductive. There are actually several points in choosing hairstyle: face shape, individual preferences, and favorite celebrity image.

Your face shape can be round, square, oval, rectangular, or heart-like. So, when you’re choosing a haircut, mind that not all of them will suit your face shape.

By individual preferences I mean couple of hairstyles you prefer, or hair length you would like to have. When speaking to your hairdresser about your preferences, you should also take into consideration your face shape for the best result.

And the last point is favorite celebrity image. The procedure is the following: you choose several pictures of your favorite celebrity, and go to your hairdresser. Then together you choose the most suitable hairstyle that will be both your favorite celebrity sedu image and your own sedu image.

So, I believe that now you will be able to create your own Sedu hairstyle that will reveal your inner self, and discover passionate and tempting features of your own character. Remember that Sedu hairstyle is not only external look, but something you live with. Believe that you are Sedu, and be Sedu.

Skin Care - How Skin Changes With Age

May 08, 2019

With ageing, skin also changes. The changes in skin are both intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic changes are those that appear with ageing of body. Extrinsic changes are those that occur because of external factors such as sun, smoking, gravity and bad skin care. We cannot stop any intrinsic change because that is programmed in our body, but we can surely change habits and reduce changes due to extrinsic factors.

Let us look at the changes in skin with ageing. As you know skin has three layers- Epidermis (Outermost layer), Dermis (Middle layer) and subcutaneous layer that is below the dermis. As we age, the epidermis or the outermost layer begins to thin. The melanocytes (Pigment containing cells) decrease. Though melanocytes decrease in number they increase in size. This gives a pale look to the skin. Ageing changes due to sun such as liver spots or lentigo appear. They are also called age spots. The blood vessels in the dermis begin to lose strength and easily lead to bruising and bleeding under the skin. The subcutaneous layer that gives fat padding to skin thins. This again increases the risk of skin injury. Both sweat glands and sebaceous glands become less active.

As we age, our skin loses its suppleness, texture and strength. With age spots and other pigmentation, the look is lost. With weakening of strength, it becomes easy for skin to suffer damage easily. Healing becomes very slow. The healing may be four times as slow in old age as compared to youth. Skin turns dry and our sense of touch heat etc. reduces considerably. Other growths such as skin tags, warts, mar the appearance further.
Wrinkles appear on skin at all the places. As the underlying fat in the subcutaneous layer is lost, hollowness appears on the cheeks and eye sockets. Jowls form because of gravity. The hair grays and turns white. Some people lose hair and some grow hair at unwanted places. The nails become thin and half moons on the nails disappear.

As with every part of our body skin ages and brings about changes that mar the look completely. Sun damage can accelerate the skin aging considerably and can also cause skin diseases such as skin cancers etc. regular care of skin is necessary along with protecting skin from the harm full rays of sun to maintain youthful look for a longer time.

Skin Care - Do You Sweat Excessively

May 08, 2019

If you feel that you sweat excessively, please consult your doctor and find out. There is no measurement of normal sweating. So each of us have to find out if we are sweating excessively, normally or very less. If excess perspiration is your problem, find out more about it below. Please note that excessive sweating may be of two types. In the first instance your body naturally sweats more and in the second instance, you sweat more because of some conditions and diseases. The first condition is called primary hyperhidrosis and the second one is called secondary hyperhidrosis. In primary hyperhidrosis excess sweating occurs mostly on hands, feet and armpits.

Common reasons for excess sweating-

Some foods and drinks can make you sweat excessively. Drinks that contain alcohol or caffeine may induce excess sweating. Similarly some spicy food may make some people sweat heavily.

Excessive sweating may also be due to hereditary reasons. Please find out if your parents also had this problem.

If you are on medication, find out from your doctor if they are causing excessive sweating. Some drugs induce heavy sweating.

Women going through menopause may get hot flashes and excess sweating. Similarly males who have low levels of male hormone testosterone may experience hot flashes.

Some diseases and conditions can produce profuse sweat. Heart attack, malarial fever, other fevers, thyroid condition, tuberculosis, some fevers, low blood sugars and other diseases may make you sweat excessively. You should consult your doctor about these conditions.

Please consult your doctor if you suddenly break into cold sweat. That may be emotional in origin or physical. Similarly if you find a sudden change in body odor, you should tell your doctor about that. You may suffer some problems if you sweat excessively compared to others. Your toenails may develop fungal infections. Athletes foot may be another problem, as may be jock itch. For primary hyperhidrosis many treatments are available that can control the sweat within acceptable limits. Keeping yourself clean and dry at all times is another way of maintaining good hygiene.

Skin Care - Decreased Perspiration

May 08, 2019

Perspiration is important for our health to keep the normal body temperature. Some of us suffer from excess perspiration, while some of us have very low perspiration or no perspiration.

Perspiration either excessive or very low both are bad. Excessive perspiration unless a disease causes it, is only a nuisance whereas decreased perspiration can be life threatening sometimes. In decreased perspiration the patient either perspires very little or does not perspire at all. Decreased perspiration may be because of-

Inherited Disease- Some children inherit a condition known as hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia (HED), and are born without any sweat gland. This condition puts them at high risk that may be life threatening.

Some medications- some drugs interfere with the working of sweat glands. Especially some drugs used for mental disorders can cause this.

Disorder of autonomic neuropathy-   when some nerves that control the autonomic functions of the body are damaged, the sweat glands stop functioning normally.

Burns and infection- with some burns, the sweat glands are damaged  and some infections of sweat glands stop the normal functioning of sweat glands.

Skin Care: Turn Back the Clock - or Just Your Wallet

May 07, 2019

Your skin is a very clever organ. No matter which in the arsenal of developments in anti aging skin care products are proudly emblazoned on the bottle and in the marketing literature, your skin knows the truth. And whilst it may play the game for a little while, plumping up nicely to give the <i>appearance</i> of looking younger, more even, and less lined, this is only a temporary, somewhat <i>cosmetic</i> ruse. It is actually a biological trick of the light, a chimeraic nod to the quest for youth. Don't be fooled.

Skin care is big business. And there's nothing wrong with that. But whilst its highly entertaining to browse through the shelves and try out the latest pedigree of skin cream, these foot soldiers in the war on wrinkles meet a somewhat tenacious and uncooperative foe in our skin.

Our skin. This multi-layered emissary to the outside world, bearer of our expressions, our joys, our grief. Guard against the invisible tide of micro-organisms that seek to infiltrate our body's first defence against disease and infection. This complex array of cells that every month regenerate and shed, within the constraints of age and the quality of our diet. Our skin is a hard worker and much unappreciated. Often barely nourished despite the money spent on technological promises, we still hope the dream of youth slipping away will be restored.

There is a way to slow the process of aging. But not by applying high tech anti aging creams. By understanding exactly what our skin is, we can find better ways of giving it what it needs. And consequently, we will find ourselves with what we want - more youthful skin.

Our skin is composed of 3 main layers. The outside layer that we apply our anti aging skin care products to is the epidermis. This in turn has 4 to 5 layers, depending on where it is in the body, and whether there is a lot of hair on it. The top layer of the epidermis, the stratum corneum, serves as a barrier. This is where the cells are continually shedding and where new cells are ultimately pushed up to. These cells have no blood supply, and hence no nutrients or oxygen carried in the blood reach these cells. They are essentially dead in that they cannot engage in the metabolic processes that living cells do. But they do serve very important functions. By creating an impenetrable barrier, they keep out bacteria and other micro organisms, and are thus part of the immune system. But this very function also serves to keep out most of the expensive ingredients in anti aging treatments. And no matter how well an ingredient performs in a laboratory test tube, that does not necessarily translate to reaching the deeper layers of your skin, where the real anti aging work takes place. Most skin care products work only on the stratum corneum, and that is their downfall as anti aging secret agents.

The next layer down from the top is the dermis. This is the layer where wrinkles develop. The dermis consists of living cells, and they are responsible for the structure, integrity and elasticity of the skin. Here collagen is regenerated whilst existing collagen is broken down in the monthly cellular cycle. The production of collagen slows with age and factors like smoking, sun exposure, stress and inadequate nutrition. Other skin nutrients like elastin and hyaluronic acid are found here. Hyaluronic acid for example, helps hold water. As the dermis is composed of living cells, it has a blood supply, which transport nutrients and oxygen to the cells. These capillaries also transport cellular wast like carbon dioxide away. Here you'll also find lymph vessels, sebaceous and sweat glands, hair follicles, and nerve endings for heat and cold.

Fibers from the dermis extend down and into the next main layer, the subcutaneous layer. They anchor the skin to it. The subcutaneous layer in turn attaches to organs like bone and muscles underneath. Here are nerve endings that are sensitive to pressure, blood, lymph vessels, fat cells, collagen and elastin. The subcutaneous layer thins as we age, which creates a more angular appearance.

Moisturizers achieve their temporary effect by trapping water already in the skin. They essentially act as a seal, they do not provide additional water or 'moisture'. The few products that actually work on the deeper layers of the skin are the Retin-A skin care treatments. Vitamin C, though popular, has not conclusively demonstrated that it can reach the deeper layers, the dermis. And even if it did, there is not enough evidence that it actually does anything there.

But the news is not all bad. We can do something, and its not rocket science. If we supply the skin with the nutrients it needs, with good, fresh fruit and vegetables, and good quality fats and protein, or even supplements as a boost. Then, and only then, will we stall the clock at a more agreeable hour.

Skin Care - The Perfect Way To Care For Your Skin

May 07, 2019

Everywhere I go people are asking me what is the pure skin care plan to follow? Is there even such a thing? Sorry to disappoint you, but if there is such a thing, I don't know what it is.

Let me be the first to say, that there is no perfect anything in this world let alone skincare routines. It varies greatly between individuals. There are so many components that come into play such as the person's skin type, whether they have acne, blemishes, or any other skin marks or conditions, etc.

Another thing that may affect a person's selection in skin care products is whether they have undergone a surgical procedure of sorts recently. If you are taking other skin care products at the moment, sometimes the preparations will clash with other products.

If you are a adult female and you are in the premenstrual stages, it may also affect your skin to varying degrees. Another thing to consider is the seasonal changes and the differences in requirements that these changes bring with it.

For instance, skincare in the winter time is majorly different from the summer's. During the winter times your skin will probably be more dry or normal and you will most likely need to use moisturizers to keep your skin soft.

And during the summer months you will need to worry about things such as tanning lotion and using cleansers and exfoliators to clean off sweat and debris that gathers up when you are in movement.

Some people opt for vitamin C formulations to improve the health and youthfulness of their skin while others may use glycolic acid if there are signs of blackheads appearing. Salicylic acid is an option individuals use during the four stages of a menstrual cycle. Generally speaking, try using exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and to make room for new skins to grow out.

As you can probably tell by now, there are a wide selection of skin care products on the market catering to every imaginable need. The most important thing is to sit down and ask yourself what you need now, and also in terms of prevention of things like wrinkles or blemishes in the future.

It is suggested to speak with your dermatologist before following any skin care routine. Also you should take counsel with a professional if you plan on changing your routine very often or seasonally. This way you can save time, money, and also prevent any number of mistakes and mishaps that could adversely affect your skin- rendering all your efforts outdated.

You should be able to find several indispensable facts about After-Before Breast Enhancement in the following paragraphs. If there's at least one fact you didn't know before, imagine the difference it might make.

For a woman who is contemplating breast enlargement, the first thing that comes to mind after deciding on the surgery is whether to increase the size of your breasts by one bra cup size, or whether to aim for a higher cup size. Therefore, selecting a size of breast implant that you would like the surgeon to place inside your chest is an important decision. It is recommended you to use after-before breast enhancement pictures to make your decision.

It's really a good idea to probe a little deeper into the subject of After-Before Breast Enhancement. What you learn may give you the confidence you need to venture into new areas.

Every female who would like to breast enlargement might already be thinking of her dream breast size. She might be aware that her A-cup bra size chest is too small for her height and frame, thus making her self-conscious. Some women joke about looking at other women's chest in order to determine what size they would like. But every skilled plastic surgeon would have after-before breast enhancement pictures of previous breast enlargement surgeries they have completed. It is suggested that you not only browse through these after-before breast enhancement pictures to get an idea of the size you like, but also to view how skilled the doctor may be.

A bra size is achieved by taking two measurements. The first measurement that is determined involves placing the measuring tape around the area under your breasts. Five inches is added to this number and this will give you the width of the bra you should buy, e.g. 32, 34, 36. The second measurement taken is around the widest part of the chests. Subtracting these two measurements and looking on a standard chart will give your cup size, which can range from AA to DD or higher. Therefore, based on this information and looking at after-before breast enhancement pictures, you should be able to decide if it is a good idea to move from an AA cup size to a DD cup size.

Reasons For Preferring Indoor Tanning

May 06, 2019

Getting a tan, nowadays, is no longer a cosmetic undertaking. A considerable number of people believe that a tan not only makes a person look healthy, but also makes them have stronger and healthier bones. A person who has tanned skin or regularly uses a tanning bed has been found to have bones that are denser and sturdier. Whereas a person who lacks exposure to either direct sunlight or ultraviolet radiation suffers from a lack of vitamin D.

Obtaining a gorgeously tanned olive skin can be done in two different ways. A person may either lounge directly under the sun or get inside a tanning bed. Not all people, however, have direct access to the sun. And then there is winter, a season not at all conducive to staying out and soaking in the sunlight. Thus, people resort to tanning beds. Tanning beds give them a great tan and, at the same time, help them stay warm amidst the cold season.

Yet, even when a person lives in a place where there is a hot sun all year round, he may still choose to use a tanning bed instead of spending a day at the beach. One major reason for choosing indoor tanning over outdoor tanning is the precious thing called privacy. Even with the permissive society, some people are still uneasy wearing skimpy swimwear. If these people wear swimwear at all, the design is conservative. Thus, when exposed to the sun, they will have undesirable tan lines.

To avoid the tan lines, the best recourse a person can do is to lie naked under the sun. But the desire for privacy is so strong that the next best thing is to use a tanning bed. Indoor tanning provides the overall tan and the privacy.

Indoor tanning also gives psychological benefits. Aside from the increased confidence of knowing that a person looks good, he can also take the opportunity to have a break from the dizzying everyday bustle. While having the tanning session, he can stay away from cell phones and pagers. The tanning session can be one blessed, undisturbed twenty minutes of peace and warmth. Such a relaxing break will help reduce whatever stress a person is currently carrying on his shoulders. And after the tanning session, he will be more ready and invigorated to meet the demands of his work and of his social life.

This completely restful session cannot be achieved when one chooses to tan outdoors. There will always be people milling around and several strangers asking for directions.

Recovery After Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, or Breast Augmentation Plastic Surgery Procedures

May 05, 2019

One of the most important concerns of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles men and women who are considering plastic surgery procedures such as liposuction, tummy tuck, or breast augmentation is the extent of recovery time after cosmetic surgery. With our hectic lives, busy work schedule, and never ending family responsibilities, men and women want to know:
1. When can they go back to work?
2. When can they go back to the Gym?
3. How soon can they care for their small children?
4. How bad is the pain from surgery?
5. When can they drive?
6. How soon can they travel?
7. How soon can they have sex?
8. How soon can they wear certain types of cloths?
The answer to these important questions about plastic surgery recovery depends on the type of surgery, the involved body parts, multiplicity of the procedures, family support structure, and the extent of work or home responsibilities.
In the following section, Dr. Younai describes the approximate recovery course and restrictions for a variety of plastic surgery procedures, for patients in southern California, including those from Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.
Recovery after liposuction: Tumescent, laser, ultrasonic.
Liposuction is a relatively easy procedure to recover from, mainly because there are no large incisions, and the surgery is superficial. Liposuction can be performed on the neck/face, arms, chest, breasts, abdomen, back, buttocks, thighs, knees, calves, and ankles. The pain and recovery time of liposuction is similar to that of a bad muscle bruise sustained during a motor vehicle accident. Most patients take a week or less of recovery before returning to work after liposuction. There are no restrictions with respect to exercise and you may return to your exercise routine as you feel comfortable. Likewise, there are no restrictions with lifting, pushing, pulling or taking care of young children; although, most people can not do strenuous house work for about 4 days. Most patients are able to drive within a week; however this also depends on the areas of liposuction. For example, it is harder to steer if you had liposuction of the arms. When it comes to sex there is no restrictions as long a you are comfortable!
Especially in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, most patients are eager to know when they can wear that especial outfit for that special party or event. After liposuction you will be wearing a girdle for about six weeks. Despite this, most of your regular cloths should fit comfortably over it. After the first three weeks, if you are planning to wear revealing cloths or dresses, you don’t have to wear your girdle during that time. Finally, there are no travel restrictions.
Recovery after Tummy Tuck, Abdominoplasty, Body Lift, or Belt Lipectomy,
Tummy tuck, abdominoplasty, or body lift, involves removing the hanging abdominal skin fold, along with tightening the abdominal muscles. The pain and recover of a tummy tuck is similar to that of a c-section or hysterectomy. Most women in Los Angeles or Beverly Hills take about two weeks for recovery before returning to work. Because of tightening of the abdominal muscles patients can not do any heavy lifting or straining at home, work, or the Gym for about eight weeks. You can do power walking or bicycling in 2-3 weeks. You can also have sex in 2-3 weeks as long as you don’t strain your abdominal muscles for 6-8 weeks. Most cloths or pants will be somewhat tight around the waist for about 4-6 weeks due to the normal post-operative swelling. There are no travel restrictions as long as you don’t use a public pool or Jacuzzi for three weeks.
Recovery after Breast Augmentation with implants
Breast augmentation is one of the most common plastic surgery procedures performed in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. Breast enlargement involves insertion of a Saline or Silicone Breast Implant under the Pectoralis chest muscle. The pain associated with breast augmentation is due to the stretching of the Pectoralis muscle by the underlying breast implant. Most women describe heavy pressure over their chests. Because of this moving the arms, especially above the shoulders is uncomfortable for two weeks. Most women take off one week from work after breast augmentation. You can do lower body exercises in one week and should refrain from lifting heavy objects for the first 2-3 weeks. Likewise, I don’t recommend driving for one week. You may have sex at any time as long that your breasts don’t get manipulated for the first 5 weeks. There are no travel restrictions as long as you don’t get your breasts wet in a public pool or a Jacuzzi for 4 weeks.
Usually, augmentopexy, or breast lift plus augmentation, is more painful than just breast augmentation, and the recover is the same.
During your consultation, Dr. Younai will review your treatment options for plastic surgery procedures, including the pros and cons of each technique, potential risks and complications, recovery course, pre- and post-operative instructions, and esthetic outcomes. There are also many before and after pictures and high resolution images of these procedures available in our photo gallery (www.beautifulfigure.com )

Real spells that work? The truth about REAL white witchcraft spells.

May 05, 2019
Author: Ashra Enchantments
When people think of powerful love spells and energy influence, they think witch craft supplies of scented pillar candles, hogwarts, magic voodoo love spell dust or secret love potions being made over a black leaky cauldron. For thousands of years, civilization has relied on real spell knowledge, energy influence and herb medicine. The truth is that real wicca practice and ancient Egyptian spell work is nothing like the movies.

We are all connected through an energy network that links our spirituality, metaphysical and paranormal experiences. Through this network, those with an inherited gift and psychic ability can pass through time to gain a reading on your future. This same energy network influences what will come to be and can be altered through white magic. These charmed spells normally are passed through generations of shadow books.

There are many people that laugh at new age remedies. They have problems, but never seek the spiritual path. They hear the word pagan, occult or psychic powers and decide to run. Most people don’t believe working with energy can help overcome a love, money, or health problem. Why then are their so many people turning to these solutions instead of health products?

Through my natural gift and ancient Egyptian witchcraft practice, I have helped many through energy influence and my spells. The truth about white magic is that it must be cast from the heart in a genuine fashion to truly work. There are only certain individuals who have the psychic sight to guide spells that work.

How do you use black magic or white magic to get a soulmate back? Is there even a way for you to learn witchcraft on your own? These questions come into my email more and more. My answer: There are many spells that can be performed by an individual and are within the reach of the average beginner witch craft. I have several witchcraft spell books on my website that will help those who want to learn the art. They have all been written by myself and have been followed up with spell reviews. If you feel you have “mind over matter” and a natural psychic ability then check them out.

I believe that in our culture and society, there will always be resistance when you speak of fortune tellers or spell casting. We won’t see people saying, “I just had a spell cast upon me.” This will be your own spiritual journey and you must seek happiness from within the enchantment of your soul. There are many mainstream religions that teach you about the inner aura for a reason.

Cast a spell? If you believe in spell casting or psychics, then you are halfway to understanding your own spiritual guidance path. This isn’t about some tarot card reader sitting you down or some commercial psychic. When you have a spell casted by someone with clairvoyant insight, then there you receive accurate and powerful results. If you get a white spell cast by just anyone, they it floats in the air and you are wasting money on conjures that don’t work.

Those who have yet to experience energy influence should really try it. Many to date have had financial problems or personal debt are looking for financial freedom and to get themselves all out of debt. There are many success stories about using money spells to accomplish this in a matter of months. You can stop credit card debit from ruling your life.

There have been many who seek help for relationship problems using spells. If you need love advice on relationship problems then I invite you to speak with me. Everyone has experienced communication problems that need to be fixed – just a matter of how. I listen to many cases for free and provide good remedies using energy influence. Love spells do work and can be effective for long term relationships. The secret to white magik is trusting someone that can conjure with genuine feelings. There have been many people wanting to learn witchcraft from me that just don’t have the real heart or connection for solving problems. The “how to” is their issue.

If you are looking to improve your love life, attract a new love, or improve the sex relationship consider white magic. Make sure you choose someone that genuinely cares about your well being. If you can open your mind to magic spells and spiritual solutions then lasting change can happen. Getting out of debit, attracting more money, or a serious relationship needs to be handled by a professional to get results. You need to know the truth about real magic and that is that is must be done by someone who truly cares.

Why just decide to end a relationship or stop building a relationship because there are a couple sex problems? Decide to see the truth about your spirituality and understand how real spells work.

Ready to wear bifocal contact lenses

May 05, 2019

Long years ago, you have to wear two sets of eye glasses, then doctors discovered the lens at the bifocal eye-glasses ,then recently they do the same thing in a bifocal contact lens. The lens is divided into two halves ,one upper and the other is lower and sometimes it can be in concentric circles ,one lens on the interior part and the other is on the outside part.

Who need bifocal lenses?
People who suffer from Presbyopia  that causes trouble focusing on objects which are near and this doesn't develop after the age 40.They are nearsightedness and farsightedness and suffer from the eye-glasses that are usually with thick lenses and a line across them (they act as two lenses in one). These eye-glasses have several problems: First :They are heavy, Second: They are almost unattractive, Third: It is hard to adjust to them as you have to look up or look down .All these problems cause dizziness during adapting to these bifocal lenses .The only choice for these people for long years ago was the eye-glasses even after contact lenses came on the market.
Now ,contact lenses offer bifocal contact lenses which are soft ,rigid and with gas permeable materials .It is dual lens ,as if you are wearing two sets of glasses at the same time.
By using a set of bifocal contact lenses ,your eye begins gradually to adjust to the difference of portions as the muscles of the eye coordinate and be trained automatically from and to the correct lens that is needed at this time .Example: If someone is reading ,so the vision has to be corrected to view the close things at this time ,so the pupil of the eye will be directed to the lens that correct the vision and light will be refracted into the angle of the retina that will help in close reading .But if you begin to look off at things which are far away-as looking to the sky-the focus of the eye will be directed at this time to the lens that assist you to see the distant thing .All of this is due to the different prescription lens of the contacts that have the ability to refract the light at different angles and correct the vision due to different viewing.

Which is better? A bifocal lens in the traditional eye-glasses OR  a bifocal contact lens?
You have to choose which type you prefer .As some people have great problems and troubles in wearing the contact lenses as they considered this difficult routine to put in and take out them ,even by using special kind that stay for all the day ,whole the week or even more than a week- they have to change them eventually ,so they consider wearing contact lens a big problem .These people can get some hope by the innovation of the manufacture and the designs of contact lenses as these contacts became much easier to maintain and very simple to manage.
Contact lenses can be very useful and fit more than a pair of traditional eye-glasses for those who work in a hazardous environment or who wear any kind of equipment like goggles .Conversely ,for people that work in certain toxic gaseous chemicals environment ,contact lenses won't suits them .So you have to take the advise from your eye care specialist to help you to take the correct decision and to choose the best option either to wear eye-glasses or contact lenses.

There are a lot of types of lenses ,like:
1-Alternative-Design:
They are the same to bifocal eye-glasses ,half the lens for near objects and half for distant objects.

2-Translating-Design:
They are also the same as bifocal eye-glasses ,the near correction is under the distance correction and there is a line separating them .It is flat on the bottom for the reason of keeping without movement in your eye while blinking.

3-Concentric-Design:
Inner part can see near objects while the outer part can see the distant objects or vice versa.

4-Mono-vision-Design:
You wear one lens in one eye and the other in the other eye .You wear to view the distant objects  in the dominant eye.

5-Asferic-Design:
The near and the distant vision are located at the center of the lens .Usually the correction for near vision is at the center while the correction of the distant vision surrounds it and this can be reversed in some situations according to the advise of the eye care specialist.

6-Simultaneous-Design:
This kind has the ability to blend both the near sight and the distant sight ,they fill the area of the pupil (part of the eye) and the eyes can adjust to that and can interpret the circle choice according to how far or close you are viewing .This is because the light all the time from near and far objects can be focused on at the same time .These kinds of lenses may be problematic as by looking through the lens ,the eye takes both : in focus and out of focus at the same time .This is due to some light from the far objects go through the near vision and vice versa ,so the brain has to correct the desired image.

Finally ,when you decide to wear bifocal contact lenses ,you have to:
1-Ask your doctor to know if contact lenses can suits you or not and also which kind of them you can buy.
2-Ask your friends or relatives if any of them have the experience of wearing contact lenses.
3-Put in your consideration that it may take time to find contact lenses that can fit you and be comfortable.
4-Some companies can allow you to try their lenses firstly ,so by this offering you can have a free trial wear period to see if these lenses can adjust with your eyes or not.
5-You can check the discounted stores for contact lenses ,they are online stores.
6-You have to know that the bifocal lenses will depend on your budget.

Quick Guide on Dental Braces

May 05, 2019
Medical Statistics say that in nearly 50 per cent of people, teeth are irregular, crooked or not aligned

. With advances in the field of dentistry, particularly in the branch of orthodontics which deals with correction of irregularities in the teeth and jaws, the treatment of such teeth is not difficult. Straightening of irregular teeth in the past was limited to the use of removable plates with ugly looking steel wires and the treatment was almost always a compromised one and too lengthy and painful.

Modern techniques are simple and painless and the treatment can be carried out in individuals of all age groups starting right form the age of three to four years and as late as 30-40 years, though the earlier the treatment is carried out, the better it is.

These days, there are a number of choices available regarding the type of braces to be chosen. These are different techniques and braces available nowadays, including the new tooth colored invisible braces and visible metal braces. Newer types of braces are further divided into:

1. Ceramic braces
2. Invasalign braces
3. Lingual braces
4. Metal braces

Ceramic Braces: Ceramic braces are made of tooth colored composite materials. They are strong and generally don’t stain. Adults like to choose ceramic because they ‘blend in and match’ with the natural teeth and are less noticeable to outsiders than metal braces. These are the type of braces Tom Curise had. The advantages are that they are virtually invisible, more comfortable and irritate gums less than the metal braces, but are more expensive and may require some extra sittings.

Invasalign Braces: Great for people who do not have severe problems. The braces consist of strong plastic trays that are fabricated especially on individual basis. They are indeed invisible. One can get the teeth straightened without anyone seeing that one is wearing braces. Trays for treatment are computer fabricated by align technologies. They are absolutely invisible to the outsiders.

Lingual Braces: These are placed behind the teeth rather than the usual front portion of the teeth and are virtually invisible to others. Only few specially trained professional orthodontists carry out treatment with lingual braces.

Metal Braces: Used for traditional orthodontics treatment. These are very strong and can withstand most types of treatment. At first, they may irritate the gums, but after a few weeks, get settled. Though less expensive, these are more noticeable than other types.

And now few tips you should follow to get best out of whichever treatment you choose to take up:
1. Avoid fizzy drinks
2. Chew your food
3. Don’t take drugs
4. Quit smoking
5. Stay away from Bleaching
6. Stop Biting nails

Skin Care - What Are AHAs?

May 05, 2019

Anti-aging and skin care products added with AHA are flooding the market. Alpha hydroxy acids are supposed to smoothen fine lines and surface wrinkles, improve skin texture and tone, unblock and cleanse pores. They also improve oily skin or acne, and improve skin condition in general. AHA or Alpha Hydroxy Acids are not new to skin care. Legends of Cleopatras milk baths are well known in beauty and skin care. Polynesians used sugarcane and fruit juices to soften their skin. The factor common to the properties of these natural products is this group of natural substances found in sugarcane, fruits, milk, molasses, etc., called AHA.

What are AHA molecules?

To find out if a cosmetic contains an AHA, look on the list of ingredients. AHA ingredients may be listed as:

Glycolic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid, glycolic acid + ammonium glycolate, alpha-hydroxyethanoic acid + ammonium alpha-hydroxyethanoate, alpha-hydroxyoctanoic acid, alpha-hydroxycaprylic acid, hydroxycaprylic acid, mixed fruit acid, tri-alpha hydroxy fruit acids, triple fruit acid, sugar cane extract, alpha hydroxy and botanical complex, L-alpha hydroxy acid glycomer in cross linked fatty acids alpha nutrium (three AHAs).

How AHA works?

To find out how AHA works for skin care, let us see how the skin grows old, and how to keep it younger. Cells in the outer layers of skin are bound together by inter-cellular fluid. As one ages, this glue-like substance binds the skin cells tighter and denser. Dead skin layers build up and unlike young skin, natural exfoliation becomes difficult. This group of natural acids has the ability to loosen this inter-cellular fluid, and allows the top layer of dead skin to slough off easily. Thus AHA products cause exfoliation, or shedding of the surface skin. The extent of exfoliation depends on the type and concentration of the AHA, its pH (acidity), and other ingredients in the product. Most skin care cosmetics sold to consumers contain AHA at levels up to 10 percent.

Side effects of AHA

The side effects from AHA containing products can include burns, itching, pain, and possibly scarring. The degree of acidity (the pH) of the product also can affect irritation. Some experts advise that people should purchase products with AHA concentrations of 10% or less and a pH of 3.5 or higher (the higher the pH, the lower the acidity). If any adverse effects occur, the use should be stopped immediately. In any case, people are advised to avoid sunlight or use proper protection when using them.

The best way to use AHA products would be to try the product for some time and see the difference in skin. Avoid sunlight exposure while using AHA products and watch for any side effects. Consulting your dermatologist before using these products would be a still better course of action, and the best would be to take Cleopatras recipe for Milk bath, and remain younger.

Skin Care - What Are Lasers?

May 05, 2019

Lasers are heard in every context of skin care now. Whenever you think of any skin procedure, you think of laser, when you think of hair removal, again laser. What are lasers? How are they so effective? Let us find out.

<strong>Lasers- what is that?</strong>

The full name of lasers is- Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. In lasers, the light has a single wavelength and does not get scattered. You can focus this very high energy light on any object. If you put on a torch at night, you will find the light scattering in a circle. In laser that does not happen. Light travels in a straight line without any scattering and carries very high energy.

<strong>Skin Care- How lasers are used?</strong>

Lasers are used for their high energy and focusing ability. While performing laser resurfacing of face, the surgeon can burn layer by layer of the skin with precise control. As the laser burns away the skin, there is no bleeding and control of contouring is very precise. Doctors can remove lot many surface damages with lasers.

<strong>Skin damage and lasers-</strong>

Lasers are used to treat blotchy spots, sun damage spots, and wrinkles of different depths such as crow’s feet, smoker’s lines, uneven pigmentation and many other facial aberrations. Non-ablative lasers are used to promote growth of collagen in the dermis and give you the plump look again. Lasers are of different types and before undergoing any treatment you must find out more about the laser that will be used on you, its side effects if any and the experience and ability of the surgeon who will be doing the treatment. in laser treatment a surgeon’s ability is very important to get results.

Prom Dress and Makeup

May 05, 2019

Makeup and Prom Dresses - Blending for Beauty!

You have purchased your prom dress, shoes, jewelry, and handbag. You have decided on whether you will style your hair yourself or go to a beautician. Now you need to decide if you will do your own makeup or have it done professionally. With 2007 prom dresses, it's all about fashion, and makeup is a part of that fashion statement that will make you shine!

If you are one that does not like to wear makeup, you will need to wear a small amount for your prom. Makeup will bring your features out and cover those unwanted blemishes.

If you have decided to do your own makeup, put on your makeup before putting on your prom dress. This is a precaution to protect your prom dress from any drops or spills that may take place while you are applying your makeup.

There are many tips for applying makeup that can bring out your natural beauty.

Foundation and Concealer

The first step in applying makeup is choosing the perfect foundation. This is done by matching the makeup with your skin tone and complexion. Always make sure the makeup is well blended and there are no foundation lines around the neck. For any visible blemishes or dark circles under the eyes, a concealer can be used. Just dab it on lightly and blend it in good with the foundation.

Eye Makeup

Once your foundation is applied, your eyes are the next important step. You do not want your eye shadow to match the color of your prom dress, but you do want it to compliment the dress. In order to highlight your eyes, you will use a lighter shade or the base color from the lash line to the brow. Use a darker shade as a contour along the upper lash line from the center toward the outer corner, then back along crease.

With an eyeliner pencil, draw a single line above upper lash line from inner to outer corner. Then, draw a line under your lower lashes from outer to inner corner.

Mascara adds the finishing touch to your eyes. Hold the brush vertically to stroke your lower lashes. Then, for your upper lashes, wiggle the brush back and forth at the base, and then sweep the brush upward.

Blush

You may want to add a little cheek color just to make people think you have a natural glow. For applying this, you can use a cheek color brush and this will make blending easier.

Lipstick

Your lips can be brought out by lining them with a pencil, then filling them in with a creamy lipstick. This will give definition and shape to your lips. Glossy lipstick can be used for that stunning look.

Powder

Finally, after all your prom makeup has been applied, dust your face with loose powder using light, downward strokes. This can be applied by using a powder brush

Body Makeup

You may want to experiment with the body makeup to highlight your prom dress. This is glitter powder or gel that can be applied to your arms and shoulders and you will look like you are under the stars

Just one tip: Do not use any of your friend's makeup (especially eye makeup). Bacteria may be in the makeup because it has been opened and used. This can cause eye infection or pink eye. If you are having your makeup done professionally, carry your own lipstick with you.

These makeup tips can also be used for other occasions in which formal dresses, homecoming gowns and Quinceanera gowns are worn. Makeup and prom dresses can blend to bring out your beauty on your special evening!

Skin Care- An Overview Of Treatments For Excess Perspiration

May 05, 2019

The main treatments of excess perspiration are - Use of antiperspirants, Botulinum toxin (Botox), Surgery, Iontophoresis, and Anticholinergic drugs. Let us look at them in more detail.

Antiperspirants- this is the first treatment to be tried for anybody with excessive perspiration. Antiperspirants are metal salts, mainly aluminum salts that are used to block the sweat glands and block the sweat from coming on the skin surface.

Botulinum toxin (Botox)- Botulinum toxin paralyzes muscles. That is why it is commonly used to treat wrinkles. Its injections also block the action of the nerves that activate sweat glands to produce sweat. The treatment may be painful for injecting the toxin in the palms or soles of feet, because multiple injections are given with a very fine needle near the sweat glands. If your doctor misses some glands, you will continue to sweat from there. Depending on your response, the injections may be repeated after about six months or more.

Surgery- In common surgical procedure, the sweat glands are removed. In some cases a surgery called Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy is performed in which nerves are cut so that they cannot pass on the message to sweat glands. Surgery cannot stop sweat all over the body but only for certain parts such as armpits or hands. This kind of surgery is now done using endoscopes and is less painful compared to the surgery of earlier times. But with ETS, you may begin sweating more profusely from other parts of your body. This kind of surgery is not preferred by many surgeons and before any surgery you must talk about all possible results and side effects with your surgeon. Surgery is only resorted to if other treatments fail.

Iontophoresis- In this procedure a low current is passed on the affected area. This procedure is mainly used for palms and feet. This is a recommended procedure for hose that do not get much relief from antiperspirants. In Iontophoresis, patients sit with their palms or feet in shallow water through which a mild current is passed for between 20 to 40 minutes. This is repeated every alternate day for five to ten days till sweating is considerably reduced. After that a maintenance schedule is maintained. it is not known how Iontophoresis works, but it is thought that the water and electricity somehow thicken the skin and block the sweat pores. This procedure is not recommended for pregnant women or people with pacemakers or any metal implants in body.

Anticholinergic drugs- these drugs act by blocking the action of chemical messengers in the body that activate the sweat glands. As the action of these messengers is blocked, the sweat stops getting produced. These drugs may have other side effects such as loss of taste, constipation, blurred vision etc. You must speak to your doctor about all the side effects of these drugs.
